Two ways a review happens
Every connection ends in a review by a medical professional in Mexico, overseen by a licensed Mexican physician. There are two paths.
Medical Review
Questionnaire + data, reviewed asynchronously
- 1 The patient completes a questionnaire and uploads labs/data if the lane requires them.
- 2 A medical professional reviews the data asynchronously — no scheduled call needed.
- 3 If appropriate, the reviewer issues the protocol/prescription.
- 4 Fulfillment is coordinated and the status flows back to the referring partner.
Full-Service Medical Review
Required labs + a live video call with the doctor
- 1 Basic labs are required and loaded before the call can be initiated.
- 2 A live video call with the doctor reviews the data and answers questions.
- 3 Any prescription is set during the call; the script and payment link post to the patient's portal.
- 4 Payment starts fulfillment.
